Marketplace selling is not included in Teams seats.

How invitations work

Copy a unique code (ATHLETE-XXXX-XXXX or COACH-XXXX-XXXX) or email it. The recipient signs in or creates a POSE account and activates the matching interface.

Account administration

The purchaser becomes Team License Administrator. Track available, invited, activated, expiring, and revoked seats with search and pagination.

365 days from activation

A seat issued in March and redeemed in July still receives a full year. Expiration is stored on the server, not calculated in the browser.

Renewal

We notify you at 60, 30, 14, 7, and 1 day. Renew the organization, a batch, or selected seats. Member accounts and training history stay intact.

If you do not renew

Sponsored access ends. The individual can continue on a normal Athlete or Coach subscription. Workouts, programs, and assessments are not deleted.

Pay as a guest. After Stripe confirms payment we email a secure activation link so you can open Team License Administration.
